On September 16, 2026, Silver Creek announced an agreement to sell SCM PR II, LLC, the parent of its Powder River Basin business, to a Plains subsidiary for approximately $585 million in aggregate cash consideration. SCM PR II was owned by subsidiaries of Tailwater Capital, The Energy & Minerals Group and management. Closing was expected in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals; the aggregate price is not Tailwater’s individual proceeds.

On September 10, 2026, MidOcean Partners announced an agreement to sell SI Solutions and its subsidiaries to a Macquarie Asset Management-led consortium. Closing was expected in 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions; completion was not confirmed.
On September 9, 2026, Cerberus announced an affiliate’s agreement to acquire a substantial part of Goodwin plc’s Mechanical Engineering Division for up to approximately £1.1 billion, subject to purchase-price adjustments. The businesses include Goodwin Steel Castings, Goodwin International, Noreva, Easat Group and the Pump Division; this is not a purchase of all of Goodwin plc. Completion was expected in the first quarter of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions.

On September 8, 2026, DigitalBridge announced an agreement for its Strategic Asset Fund, L&G’s Digital Infrastructure Fund and TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund to acquire VodafoneZiggo’s passive mobile tower business from Ziggo BV and combine it with Belgium Tower Partners. The transaction remained subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, with closing expected in early 2027. DigitalBridge Investment Management, LLC is attributed in a sponsor-manager role; the retained Form ADV identifies it as a sponsor or manager of DigitalBridge Strategic Assets Fund, LP, alongside DBP Fund Adviser, LLC.
Yellow Wood Partners agreed to acquire Nestlé’s Holistic Health platform, subject to regulatory approvals, with closing expected in the first half of 2027.
Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. announced a definitive agreement to acquire First Eagle Investments from Genstar Capital and First Eagle employees. Completion is subject to regulatory approvals, client consents and other conditions, and was expected by the end of the first quarter of 2027.
As part of the proposed First Eagle transaction, Genstar Capital is expected to own approximately 14.6% of Victory Capital on a fully diluted, as-converted basis, with voting interest limited to 4.9%.
